Judge (S.R.) - RE: 15cxxxx - XXX Investments vs. Scott A H. 07/15/2015 Your Honor, I've found evidence showing proof of perjury by John Laratta in the form of a neighbor's comments on a Facebook post in April 2014. He said that "no one else ever complained about the heat being turned off (*manually at the source). Besides Christy G., (upstairs unit at ~50 Newton apt. J) there was an elderly woman, Karen (~70 Newton apt K), also had a garden-level unit who complained to John directly on numorous occassions. (She got hit by a car when she was eight years old). John denied her existence. I am requesting a re-examination of the Court Reporters record as well as the multimedia recordings. I am also requesting the documentation of any certified technician's repair or inspection. One from the county inspector would suffice. *It should include something about the outside temperature guage being checked; I imagine that would be important. I would also like you to reconsider the only documented evidence he supplied; and that is the note from my mental health center slash housing coordinators which had the mental health center's letterhead. It was discriminatory evidence meant to discredit me. Enclosed is documents which shows proof that there is absolutely no provision for a "60 day time frame" to which the rent amount on the lease agreement can be adjusted. The HUD booklet has a "plain language" type statement that merely says a "six month contract". If possible, I would also like the court to review the video I mentioned of the City of Westminster inspection. It is available online at http://321.atadcrazy.org/ - follow the link on the page. (It is my domain and there is only two pages to the link I gave with a short presentation I made to help me organize my case. It's a "safe" site. I'm an honest man and am respected online.) Based on Mr. Laratta's statements I would also think it's proper that the lease agreements and rent amounts of the residents be reviewed to ensure that there is no red-lining or nepotism. If those exist at the complex then that would violate my civil rights. One other request: feel free to call one of my old employers, T. Plumbing (Roger is the owner), and inquire about supplimental heating systems; specifically, how long have they been available to install into/onto concrete floors. Karen once said that the garden-level units B and D in her building (possibly others) already have such systems. (Feel free to ask about my employment.) I felt like I was denied Due Process in your court. I am no ingrate. This is a Real Law case and needs to be closely reveiwed. Thank you, Scott A H. (Incidently, I never referred to myself as a "disabled veteran" - I said I was disabled, but was attempting to point out that I served honorably as a resident of Adams County (I never changed my permanent address when I was in) - the county received some sort of credit for that but I can't remember what exactly. I just recall being told that was important and I should remember that.)
